PBLS was a while back asus and we made some mistakes there but we also learned some good lessons. When that big debate raged I was found to be wrong (actually it was stuffed down my throat) and that is why I posted that Dart is/was correct in his statement.

This is how we learn and hopefully gain from our mistakes...hopefully never to make them again.

So the answer to your question is probably yes...gaps have a tendency to be filled.
