How about just personal gains of the players. Can PV manipulate the price through broken promises. Look at yesterday. If he does have some #s on the earnings side. What can he do next. Stall the price down some more, then bring out the #s when "least expected" and play the up move. Just a theory, but possible. Still equates to sleaz. I'm just making a random guess.
