Why do you think that is even relevant? Are you too stupid to figure out that if the top marginal rate is 90% that no one will pay it, but rather, reinvest the money in physical plant or other facets of businesses (like wages, for instance) since avoidance of taxes is, as trump put it, a game? The high top marginal rate was to avoid what has happened under you pukes, that the money simply goes to the richest people's pockets, which are trickle-proof.
