So you see no issue in them issuing a PR stating a buy back of shares while at the same time more than doubling the O/S with dilution allowing the debt holders to get rich off of the pump with the company than using some of the profits from that pump to issue another PR talking about institutional ownership of shares priced at .15 while not stating that the money used came from the pump off of the buy back PR.

That is some scummy OTC stuff there.
