That "story" about Intel pressuring Via to leave the CPU-Business is obviously ridiculous imho.

That "leaving" gets done by Via itself (lack of good product) and does not need "pressure" by intel.

Remember that there are just two reasonable competitors in the CPU space, and you would as sane competitor save your "pressure" for the real competition, wouldn't you?

Besides it would be absolutely stupid to "pressure" Via NOW that the whole "pressure"-strategy is out of fashion due to the AMD lawsuit and multiple antitrust investigations underway.

But then again, Elmer, we never know how desperate intel is...
