He is not saying remove us or kill us --- he is saying he likes it as it is --- (and while we are victim to grand theft) as it is working and the liquidity is there and no scandal and no news is good news

again - if we need legislation - my sense is he will go for freedom as a utility with rules and obligations ---- PPS - 15-20 as he is also the type that would agree that the SPS is paid back and there is a need for capital but not for exercising warrants
