Mark will fight the Warrants if he feels they do impact the safeness and soundness of Fannie and Freddie.
Unfortunately, I think he would rather someone else handle it, like the courts.
The deal the government made with Fannie and Freddie was a deal they could not refuse, just like the mafia would offer. And just like the mafia, there is no way out for Fannie and Freddie until just people stand up and say people lied and cheated and took advantage of the companies.
