I do not think there is any dividend distribution until the IPO is already approved and fixed on its date. Solomon would do better to close his mouth and stop lying about the matter.

What the company should do is pay the debts and buy back all the shares that it can. I do not think they want some angry shareholder to tell the story of SIAF, in Chinese financial forums during the Triway IPO.
