In Fannie Mae's published Annual Report it states that the Treasury owns the Senior Preferred shares as put forward in the SPSPA. That is proof for any reasonable person.
I have no idea what the rest of your request asks for, nor does it seem to relate to anything I earlier stated concerning warrants which are clearly authorized under the widely published SPSPA content.
