True - the company would have to slip-feed shares to the market makers on an as-needed basis. The end effect is still the same. The O/S now is about 4 bill. I doubt the market will ever absorb more than about 3 billion more before this turns to stone for good. Until then, this is a piggy bank for the dumpers. If you can get out break even, then you have escaped (out the burning building, with hair on fire).
