I can easilly agree about the warrants in current situation.
But if the 5th circuit court reverse the payments to the Treasury the situation may be changed. If Treasury would be forced to send back to F&f more than overpayments there could be a need to use warrants in a part or whole to get back the bailout money to the Treasury again. I believe this can happen.
