The article states a company sold a building...not a license.
It sounds to me like someone bought a former bank building. It didn't sound like licenses were part of the deal.
They have 25,000 sf current production and are trying to expand it...and are applying for more licenses....but we all know how the licenses that got awarded in Dec. went...the state has lawsuits over that ordeal.
