150-200 patients, 2 or 3 sites, easy 25-35 million or more. Chemo/rad effects can mess up patient compliance (and life expectancy, both ways) need the larger sample. I forget how many patients/sites were to be in the 30 million P-3 for ABSSSI that was scrapped. Not sure if we ever saw estimates.
