The problem with this stock is every time the stock about to run then you see a huge block undercut the ask. It happen to the point I know someone out there doesn't want PPS to go higher. This isn't from the market maker so who is trying to manipulate this stock? This action behavior still remaining unknown but we do know the insider added 178 million shares therefore make me wonder who the fuc*k keep messing with the stock?
