And it is a fair deal and management has control over when conversions take place.

Also there was some valid reason[s] behind the tremendous buying spree between .11 cents and the 40 cent level per share. And now the hot money is gone but the real buyers acting on their own accord are for the most part still holding. And last but not least the 200 day average will provide a support level, All JMO!!!
