Yeah, I think PHUN and ORGO kind of set the stage for the craziness in spacs this year. And frankly, it feels like the SEC kind of took it personally that those two happened during the govt shutdown. My guess is the SEC is going to halt trading in any spac that goes up more than 100% or so on the first day or two, becuz they know these things are so easily manipulated with so few insiders.
