Yea I would actually make the case what you see in UCPA is a weak market. The reason is because emotions often dictate movements which are typically detached from fundamentals whether private or publicly known. Hence the massive price difference between what I deem fair value for core ucpa (.08 -.10 before lpi) and current price of .024 area.
