An open question for the group:

Do you think that Judge Cooper will be reluctant to set aside this default judgment against CSHD because they have not even hired a liar as he requested over a month ago? He must be quite unhappy with the company. I don't believe that the excuse that they haven't been able to find a CEO either will placate the Judge.
