The products they are trying to produce are already in the market, many many competitors already out there producing natural latex. Plenty of people already producing and selling air purifiers, they arn't making anything not already available.

And investing in the OTC is a tough game to play, dilution can be used for good but it is at the expense of the early shareholders. Only so much dilution can be sustained before a split is needed.
