Well then. If the Judiciary Committee feels it has a right to this information, why don't they petition the court themselves? Seems to me that is the whole question here. Does the Judicial Committee have a right to Grand Jury info. If they do, they don't need Barr to petition the court, they can do it themselves, expecting a positive result. Nadler is an attorney and should be capable of getting this done without Barr. Instead, he holds Barr in contempt for not helping him? Sounds pretty stupid to me!!!
