And should J&J opt to continue their challenge, DECN plans to file additional litigation against J&J for false advertising, something we had planned to do prior to the unreasonable ruling by the lower court judge. Let us hope that more litigation isn't J&J's answer.



The fact they put this in the PR is unsettling to say the least. Grasping for straws...
