Don;t over hype the auditor or accounting system, Netsuite is decent and all but just a step above quickbooks, not sure why you'd make that out to be more than it is, frankly it is more surprising that Rotman's wasn't using an accounting system the size of Netsuite, Dynamics or Sage already as that is beyond the scope of Quickbooks, quickbooks doesn't even let you do ACH payments, so what were they using before?
Netsuite is for small to mid size business
And the auditor while PCAOB qualified is a very small podunk firm, not exactly big 4 quality, they have about 40 employees, 16 audit clients and do less than $20M in revenue, they are very tiny.
