I noticed the recent PR about the $2.25 million contract and like this quote:

"Our successes in 2019 will clearly be noticeable in the soon to be announced contracts and in the first quarter financials, which will be later this week, Heck added."

Did some DD..took a look at the annual financials and they have $2.1 mil in cash and no convertible debt.

This doesn't seem like it should be trading at .03

$HRAL is RM play with very small 1 mil OS and 658K float. I'm holding shares in it.
