A 50+ year legacy business with 30+ million annual revenues being acquired with 2 other international, patent holding companies to form ONE under name of Vytex.

All the blather about this and that does not apply here.... this is uncharted territory so to break down one little aspect for slamming purposes grossly neglects the BIG PICTURE.
