Yep, it's hilarious how VYST has eliminated all 3rd party convertible debt and 3rd party convertible noteholders off their fully audited books...and even if they hadn't they can still implement as large a share repurchase program as they choose, because there's no such law in Georgia that claims PubCo's can't buyback shares...and the few attempting to conflate state of Georgia distribution laws that pertain to corporations issuing shareholder dividends to state of Georgia corporate buyback laws are simply fos and shouldn't be in the biz of attempting to give out legal advice on interpreting Georgia states corporate laws lol
