The information I posted was from the company filing.

They diluted over 400 million shares in the first quarter some at a price basis of $0.0003 and sold 4 convertible notes for cash...

...yet they say they bought back a small amount of stock in the first quarter in the face of that.

So they were diluting in one case at $0.0003 and buying it back at $0.04 or higher?

That would be just plain stupid.

And they are not debt free...lol.

They seem to have an issue where what they say in some PR’s doesn’t line up with what is disclosed in their filings.
