Because a “buyback” is meaningless in the face of 400+ million in dilution, some of which were not conversions at $0.0003, AND the SELLING of 4 convertible notes for cash.

They could have PREVENTED 100 shares from hitting the OS by paying off the note instead of buying back 1 share.

That is how ridiculous this is.
