If you're trying to say it was the Bar room banter in London with the Clinton Foundation confidant, then please explain the FBI asset Halper planting the info with Papa previous to the bar room tip off. Then explain the FBI spy/investigator sent to try to seduce Papa prior to the bar room tip off. The FBI was involved prior to the Bar room conversation with the Clinton's Australian "money man"(he is clearly conflicted).
