Quite familiar with 10b-18.

So let me see if I have this straight ... lol

They diluted well over 400 million shares into the market in the first quarter....had to sell a series of convertible notes for cash in the first quarter..

...yet they say they bought back a small amount of stock.

It would be laughable if it wasn’t so ridiculous...lol.
