The have officially jumped the shark.

“Many questions on the buyback; we were able to do a small amount, in Q1.”

That is BS. They have no Rule 10b-18 Buyback plan. Companies cannot just go an “Buyback shares” without a number of disclosures being made.

So folks better hope that twitter account is fake because if it isn’t and is Rotman saying that he will get this stock suspended by the SEC.
