Actually that was Barack Obama's use of the word "rig". So take it up with him.

I suppose the Clinton dossier was also created by the Russians in an attempt to hurt Hillary? The Intel agencies did not say that, but it is what they are finding out, as they see that they were used by the Clinton campaign and BO admin to go after their political opponents.
