I know IrishBull as well...thats why I questioned you.

Listen we all take chances with stocks...there are always the chance a company will sell 504 stock or do Reg S selling...but it has to be proven for me to accept it.

I proved on another stock that was the case...the OS and AS quadrupled over a couple of months and I still think they are far from finished.

Right now I have no proof this is the case here...they don't gag their TA...that is the first indication. They file in Nevada and people can look up the AS anytime they wish...and not in some obscure State where you either have to pay or know someone to find out.

In other words this company is doing a very good job at being transparent and they haven't played any games yet with us or the stock...so until they do I remain positive.

Remember the statement Innocent until proven Guilty?...and believe me I look for everything under the sun to prove it otherwise.
