Here's a question, if SOMA is being issued as a divy with a 4 month sale restriction, with the exception of those who exercise the warrant where is the tradeable position in SOMA?

If shorty does get caught have to cover a buy on SOMA, and the majority of the shares are restricted, doesn't this force a double short squeeze then?
