I have NEVER seen a Reg S filing for any company. They never appear under SEC Filings. But they are being done all the time. Just like l noticed some REGDEX filings take up to 4 weeks to show up. And on some sites they never show up. Another company CTKH did a Reg S in Jan 2004 but never showed up on any site. Did you read that post by IrishBull??
