Their filings confirm it's a scam!

Anyone remember what the share price for this scam was before the disastrous RS?? Yea, the move that would allow this scam to up list, and complete the S1 funding scam......?

No legitimate business of bank will touch this. There is nothing to invest in. Their supposed cancer drug doesn't exist, they use the narrative to scam people, 9yrs, zero progress. They will never progress it. They are currently drop selling someone elses amino tabs on amazon, lol. I'm sure that's lucrative!! Hahaha.

Toxic debt everywhere, to include debt owed to the CEO. Which equals SCAM!! he charges his company late fees and interest on that debt. Hahaah.....who do you think pays for that?? Shareholders. This is a scam. SBFM IS A BANK FOR A FEW SCAM ARTISTS.
