Actually the float for THCT is approx. 2 million shares now. 1.953 million shares unrestricted/float as of May 3rd 2019.
After a 1 for 14 split in 2016 and a 1 for 10 split in 2018 the shares of THCT arent even worth the paper they are printed on.
