Hi swamlinbar, so the big question is - if he couldn't indict Trump, why didnt Mueller indict anyone ? Its interesting to see the liberal press skip over that minor point.

As for Barr, it doesnt take a genius to understand what he meant by "cannot by exonerated". But maybe it takes more brains than the press has. It means he probably did some illegal things but would be difficult to get a conviction.
