Hopefully Jenifer Corey doesn’t find out that they are already processing and potentially selling independently under NHRs license. I don’t know exactly how the law works, but it doesn’t seem right that Martin is selling Zonka out of a cultivation facility for another dispensary. I can’t imagine that curaleaf would let that fly either.
Over all we know that the money isn’t landing in AGs bank account. Everyone is benefiting except for ERBB shareholders.
