He has not pulled the trigger because he has to have some good news to go with it or it will be a waste of time and money. Contrary to what everybody believes on this board he needs the stock price to be increased in order to provide value for him and his investors. He needs the equity and he can't get it without us. That is what I'm banking on. We lose, he loses.
