I see lot's of Dumb ass in your response, but very little comprehension.

You have just blurted out "Emoluments Clause", and then explaining yourself in the same sentence with some non-sense about "practice of divestment" that has nothing to do with the "emoluments clause".
As I said "That is easy. Because this is America, and they are free to do business."
Contrast that with Clinton's getting hundreds of millions from Foreign governments and companies, while in office using the position of governmental power, makes your argument the weak and hypocritical one.
