Like I said this could be the best investment of the century or a bust for the little guy. The fact that this CEO has a bunch of small businesses is concerning. On the surface you would think his goal was to go public to raise funds. How is he going to do that? The Bitcoin business says it needs to raise funds on its website. The only way he's going to do that is by issuing new shares. So even if they cancel 500 million shares to get this to 1 billion, they are not tapped out with shares. They would either have to do a reverse split so they could issue more or increase the authorized. The only other way out here, is if he has some other large business funded which none of us can find on the internet. That's the problem and why the stock is getting crushed. Venture international needs to come out with some really good news that none of us are aware of.. at least that's how I see it.
