This is the most BOBVIOUS part of this whole debacle, fighting for something of no value,just like why it wasn't run across the Judges desk and just like it was done in 2013 but showed up in a 2012 10K buried.

But of course this is all within reason and doesn't look like anything illegal/Shady/underhanded went on at all there right. WRONG!

It would be sort of like buying a lotto thicket the day after the LOTTO and it was NOT A WINNER!!!!!!!!!!!
