The trial is under way. The conection to Pacel would be that according to his (Dave Calkins) contract company still pays him and his legal fees, and his wife is new CEO... LOL They also defaulted on some payments due to cash flow problems. But you right numbers for last quarter look great "only" 5 bil SO so no need for RS yet... Must be that "other" things keep it at bay... IMHO. I wish thay could get that monkey (Dave) off the Pacel back, then it would shoot right up to the penny... IMHO
