Wrong Info., my friend --- the OS was 140,743,977 (not 137,328,451) shares as of 04/17/2019 from the Transfer Agency! Your data was obsolete long time ago! The current market value of SCRCQ at 0.0009 equals to the market value of its peer RGDXQ at 0.0032 v.s. RGDXQ at 0.0017 now. Both "Q" stocks are excellent Clean Shells!

Anyway 0.0007 x 0.0008 now. We need some slapping action at 0.0012 in order to see the most recent high 0.0030 again! Otherwise some weak hands might dump their shares at the bids to push the price down to 0.0005 again...

The AS has been FIXED for many years at 250,000,000 shares!
