Maintenance of the Tristar at the storage location.
For those not familiar with the backstory, since being retired from RAF service in 2014, the Tristar aircraft now owned by TMPS have been stored at Bruntingthorpe airfield in the UK.
They have been maintained in an airworthy condition by GJD Services - a top notch UK company.
As confirmed in the PR of March 12, 2018, the storage and maintenance has already been paid for.
"Additionally, TMPS has agreed to either pay $150K in cash or to issue to the Seller approximately 833,000 common shares at a value of $0.18 per share to compensate the Seller for maintenance and storage costs incurred for keeping the aircraft in the condition required by the aircraft purchase agreement .
Those shares were most probably cashed out during the run that took place April 22, 2018 when 2,909,167 were traded in the range .2655 to .6200 (or in the next 2 days when a further 2,660,780 were traded as high as .7200).
