This has nothing to do with addressing the REAL opioid crisis. This is about building his wall to stop the flow of drugs across the border.

I notice he doesn't even mention ADFs. Probably doesn't even know they exist. Fake opioid interdiction because the main focal point is his wall between us and Mexico. The wall Mexico was supposedly going to pay for.
The wall that will prevent the so called mules from bringing drugs across the border. The wall El Chappo would tunnel under or use drones to fly drugs over anyway.

Meanwhile nothing is done to better screen vehicle traffic across main check points at the border. There is technology but is not being utilized
at this point.

This is totally about his wall again.
