Because if I am being honest, a lot of that nerdy stuff just is not important to me.

I never, or at least try not to, fall in love with a stock or the company.

I trade the stock based on a multitude of factors like dilution, coming news, number of shareholders who are 'in love' with the stock, charts etc.

Besides trading I also work as a consultant with IR and putting deals together for public companies and also in trying to take private companies public. I cannot even begin to tell you the amount of information I have been told by various penny stock companies that is either mostly untrue or blatantly false. Or the amount of info like what you mentioned with IMUN and why certain things haven't been Pr'd.

In the end stuff like that just doesn't matter much and the amount of time that you are in a penny stock should be short enough where it doesn't matter to you as well.

I realize that many here are trapped and in higher so they have been here for a long time and want to know every minute detail. But in my case I have only been here since the fall and have traded it and held some and rebought as well. And IMO everyone here is going to have a great great opp in the next 30-45 days to make a bunch of money in this stock. It is set up perfectly and I cannot wait to see what comes.
