If your parents break the law to get you into college, you are expelled from school, and they are indicted, charged and convicted of a felony, maybe even serving some time in jail.

However, if your parents break the law by illegally smuggling you into the country, you are offered free education and free healthcare, and they are granted amnesty, all courtesy of the American taxpayers.
