Pacel former CEO Dave Calkins on trial for sec fraud, which would be consitent with 5 year chart. Company claims though that it itself is not indicted, hence its a little bit surprizing that stock can't bounce. Due to that they have problems raising money and although last 10Q filing showed very good quarter stock seems to be stack in limbo. IMHO
