Addtl: JS first mentioned to me that obtaining financing is not subject to the release of the Nordmin report as far back as February or January, maybe December. Cant recall when he first told me.

Assuming it was February, that means, by inference, that the Nordmin report was available at least in February and the #'s and stats were obviously available by NDA to financiers at least 2 months ago. That is encouraging because it means we are further down the road on financing negotiations than I originally thought.

Ergo, the need for the small PP because it looks like they were close to concluding negotiations but waited as long as they could before issuing a PP.
